The passive house was built in cooperation with BioBuilds. The Sanctuary-142 module from BioBuilds has five outstanding features: it is prefabricated industrially and can be moved into in just three weeks – including delivery and assembly. Thanks to passive house certification according to German standards, it consumes up to 95% less energy than conventional buildings. The materials used consist of over 98% natural, pollutant-free raw materials and make an active contribution to climate protection through CO₂ binding. An innovative ventilation system with heat recovery ensures clean, allergen-free air and a healthy indoor climate. The concept is rounded off by a modern design with excellent sound and daylight quality, which is not only visually appealing but also functional.
